The New-Tech welding helmet is an all new design of reactive welding helmet from ESAB, a market leading supplier of welding related personal protection equipment.
The AIR160 provides 160 litres of air per minute to give a more pleasant working environment. The unit only weighs 1kg but will withstand the toughest of environments. Supplied with a P3 filter the unit has the capacity to run for a full 8 hour shift if required. The battery can be charged separately from the unit so with 2 batteries the unit could be used virtually non stop.
’ADC’ - Angular Dependence Compensation ensures that the selected shade covers the full width and height of the screen.
The physical design of the helmet shell gives more internal clearance around the nose and mouth for increased comfort and reduced co2 accumulation.
